My parcel hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If you would like to know the status of an order please email us at beautybasicsbrand@gmail.com and we will provide you with tracking information to see the location of your order.
Once your parcel has entered the postal system then it becomes the responsibility of that service.
If your parcel goes missing or is delayed in transit then your shipping carrier will be able to assist you via your tracking number and provide you with the information you need.
